WHEN HARRY MET UCLAN

Posted by AndyB

Harry Heptonstall from The Chase Manchester kindly stepped in to cover for Professor Ben Casey at the last minute to provided our 1st, 2nd & 3rd year students with very passionate, infectious and insightful typography lecture.

Harry, a recent graduate from Staffordshire and one of our youngest visiting speakers to date talked about the importance of crafting typography, the power of typography and his typographic heros. We received great feedback from the students regarding the talk and all who were there left with a ‘hamper full’ of food for thought. Cheers Harry.

Harry also left us some great reference, so check the links, books and general visual fare below.
