Moviebarcodes is a tumblr blog from an unknown author that posts these images generated from different movies.  Each frame of the movie is stretched tall and thin to create this single image from an entire movie.

  1. These are awesome. Really interesting how some films are predominately a couple of colours throughout…. ie matrix green and black.

    make pretty cool images also. but maybe I’m just bias because I love stripes!

    Interesting how colours can create a mood or aura. The Ring is predominately blue or grey until a brief spell of warmer tones, which makes you think all is safe and sound. But soon enough it is blue again and i’m crapping my pants. Can I say crap on here?
