Following on from a post last month about web camera trickery. Here are some more from krazydad.com. (You will need the Flash plugin).

ASCII camera. Lets you take a picture and copy the ASCII image text to a software package of your choice.

Kaleido camera. Does what it says on the tin. Anybody got anymore? I like it, but not a lot.
